NFT

NFT stands for non-fungible token and is basically a fancy digital receipt that lives on a special cryptographic network. It can take the form of a unique token with a picture attached that can be traded and moved around.

Whilst much of normal NFT traffic is on the Etherium network, an environmentally friendly alternative was chosen for the NFTs in this endeavor - the Tezos network which does not use insanely energy intensive "Proof of Work".

Each individual physical item made by Mountain Cut Studio has a unique serial number and corresponding NFT as a certificate of authenticity. One can reliably can see at any time the work created (My portfolio of creations is here.) Limited edition means limited edition and it can be confirmed with this publicly broadcast safeguard.
